The delivery time is usually from 2 to 4 working days from the date of order confirmation.

5. How can I track my order?
After placing an order you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation and a tracking number.
6. Can I return the product I purchased?
Yes, you have 14 days to return the purchased product, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer support department to initiate the return process.
7. What should I do in case of a lost parcel?
If your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support department. We will launch a thorough investigation regarding the lost parcel and cooperate with the carrier in order to locate it. If we confirm that the parcel is lost, we will offer a delivery of a new product or full reimbursement of the purchase costs. Our priority is to make sure that you will receive your order as soon as possible, without any additional inconvenience.
8. Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice is attached to every order. You can find it in the parcel with your order. If you need an additional copy of the VAT invoice, please contact our customer support department und we will send it to you electronically.
9. What is the expiry date of fenbendazole?
The expiry date of our products is about 2 years, depending on the lot number. If you store it tightly closed in a freezer, the expiry date may get significantly longer.
10. How should fenbendazole be stored?
Keep it in cool and dry place, far away from sunlight.
