Right to return products

A consumer can return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The buyer covers the delivery costs of the return.

  • Please contact us and submit your willingness to return the goods – click on the button “Return” below or go directly to the tab “Contact”
  • Give some details related to the return
  • The goods must be carefully packed in order to protect them from damage during the transport.
  • The packaging and delivery costs are covered by the customer – in case of the return of accessories please return the original packaging as well.

Important!

For using one of these return options a fee of 15 PLN (delivery cost + fixed handling fee) will be charged. The amount of money we will transfer to you for returned products will be reduced by this fee. In case of complaints this fee will not be charged.

Return Policy Return and withdrawal policy

  1. Right of withdrawal
    According to the applicable law, the customers of the shop Canna-Sativa.pl have right to withdraw from a distance agreement without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

  2. Return procedure
    In order to use the right of withdrawal, please:

    1. Fill in the withdrawal form – the form is available on the website of the shop or can be sent on customer’s request.
    2. Send the goods back – the product has to be returned in its original, impeccable state, in a package protecting if from damage during the transport. The goods should be complete and not contaminated.
    3. Meet the deadline for returning – the returned product has to be sent within 14 days from the date of submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement.

  3. Payment return
    After receiving the parcel and a positive consideration of the return, we refund the full value of the order (including the costs of standard delivery) to the ban account number given by the customer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.

  4. Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of products that:
    • have been opened after being delivered and cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene,
    • are delivered in a sealed package and lose their value after opening it.
