Shop Terms and Conditions

  1. General information
    1. The online shop Canna-Sativa.pl is run by the company:
    2. AN COMPANY LIMITED Sp. z o. o. registered address: Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa,
      tax ID (NIP)  PL5273141311.
    3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the usage of the shop, placing orders, execution of sales agreements as well as rules of complaints and returns.
    4. A customer of the shop can be an adult natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit with legal capacity.

  2. Definitions
    1. Shop – an internet platform available at www.canna-sativa.pl through which the Customer can place orders.
    2. Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit with legal capacity using the services of the Shop.
    3. Seller – the company CANNACTIVA SL which is the owner of the Shop.
    4. Product – goods that are available in the Shop and are the subject of the sales agreement between the Seller and the Customer.
    5. Newsletter – an Electronic Service enabling the Service Recipient to subscribe and receive free information coming from the Service Provider to the e-mail address given by the Service Recipient.

  3. Placing orders
    1. Placing orders in the Shop is possible 24 hours a day, all year round.
    2. To place an order, the Customer chooses the product and its quantity and adds it to the cart. Then they go to the order form to give the required data and choose the payment and delivery method.
    3. Placing an order by the Customer is equivalent to concluding a sales agreement with the Seller.
    4. All the prices presented on the Shop’s website are gross prices and include the VAT.

  4. Payment methods
    1. The Shop offers following payment methods:
      • Bank transfer to the Seller’s account,
      • Cash on delivery,
      • Online payment (using the payment methods available in the Shop).
    2. The Customer is obliged to make the payment for the order within the period specified in the purchasing process.

  5. Order processing and delivery
    1. The orders are processed from the moment the payment shows up on the Seller’s account (excluding cash on delivery).
    2. The order processing time is from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the product availability and selected delivery method.
    3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order, if the product is not available or there are some technical problems. In those cases the Customer will be informed immediately and will receive the refund of the payment.

  6. Right of withdrawal
    1. The customer has a right to withdraw from a sales agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
    2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer has to make a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement in writing or electronically.
    3. The return of payment will be made within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the returned goods by the Seller. The Product has to be returned in impeccable condition.

  7. Complaints and returns
    1. Complaints regarding the ordered products can be submitted within 30 days from the date of their receipt.
    2. In case of a defective product the Customer has the right to exchange, reparation, price reduction or return of payment.
    3. All complaints should be submitted in writing to the address of the Shop or electronically to the address given in the contact tab.

  8. Personal data protection
    1. The Administrator of personal data is the Seller – CANNACTIVA SL.
    2. The Customers’ personal data is processed exclusively for order processing, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection law.
    3. The Customer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data.

  9. Final provisions
    1. The Seller reserves a right to change the Terms and Conditions. All changes will be published on the Shop’s website and will apply from the date of their publication.
    2. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, provisions of civil law shall apply.
    3. These terms and conditions shall apply from the day of their publication on the Shop’s website.
